can anyone qive any advice on bording out the sides of a escort van,im trying to do a really neat n tidy job, im planning on turning it into a camper for sufing trips, im planing on boxing off the wheel arches and haveing a fold down partion festing on them creating a bed with storage underneath for wetsuits etc

I once helped a guy box out his transit before turning it into a sound-off demonstrator for his car audio business.
The first thing we did was to add a framework into the back of the van. This allows you to avoid drillin straight into the floor / body of the van. Anything you need to attach such as wooden boards or the like can be attached to the frame and also any cables can be tacked to the frame.
The whole idea with it was to add a huge system to the van with minimal impact to the actual body of the van so he could sell it without huge holes in the thing.
