If humans can only reproduce by sexual reproduction, how can create at the same time

1. Male sperm carry the chromosome for sex determination so without genetic trickery and IVF treatment, an all female world is quite unlikely.
2. Genetic variations in offsprin occur because the egg and sperm ar what's known as 'haploid' cells i.e. they only have half the DNA of the parent. So on combination, the egg and the sperm will bring different sections of the parental DNA to the offspring.
