My Nokia thinks it's got headphones plugged in but it hasn't. It's showing the headphone symbol at the top of the screen and i can't make or receive calls coz i can't hear people and they can't hear me. If anyone knows how to fix this i'd be very grateful!

Try inserting and removing the headphone jack a few times from the socket - might free it up.
