cheers m8 give it a go
when it is dry rub over with WD40 works a treat.
On a TV programme recently they said you could remove finger marks with olive oil. I've never tried it so can't vouch for it.
Jif will bring it up a treat.
Commercial catering premises follow up with an aerosol silicon spray labelled 'suitable for food use' on their stainless steel surfaces to keep them shiny, (rather than WD40!).
Baby oil! Sounds mad but it works! Rub it on and polish it off with some dry kitchen roll!
