NO
Well, looking through holy books (bible, quran, etc) and religious history, it is obvious the prophets have "spoken" (or communicated)in one way or the other with God. For example, it is said the Angel Jibrael spoke to Prophet Muhammad and then God revealed the Quran through Prop. Muhammad. If you ever read Holy Books, they have such a deep meaning, you think...there is no way people of that time could have wrote this themselves. It had to come through a higher being. Hope this helps. Also, you can search in google under "miracles of God" and should find some interesting pictures and information.
GLOGLO is right. A resounding NO!
No
Circumstantial only. For example, man having an affair is struck by lightning while playing golf (must've happened at some point in history). God must've done it.
Well on the one hand you've got evolution and the theory that survival of the fittest etc has produced the most efficient specimens making the world what it is. On the other hand you have a world with so many amazing and comple creatures and speicies could they possibly all been created from nothing or by chance? I suppose that's the dilemma.
All the evidence is that man created god, not vice versa. Also - with reference to secretspirit's comment - it is simply man's perception that the range of creatures is "complex and amazing". And Platonic ideals - like beauty, justice, love - these too were conceived by man, not preordained by a god. And, yes, man and all other living organisms have developed over millions of years, through the process of evolution, as outlined by Charles Darwin.
The 'evidence', used when all other arguments fail, is "who created all of the stuff in the universe?" (Who created God?) Although whether this is actually evidence I don't know. I think this is the God of gaps thing, which seems to be the main evidence for Him. Another argument I think was the argument from incredulity, or something like that. "This is so amazing, how could this have happened without a God?"
No
Yes, the world around us and our concience. Weather we choose to accept this and all the things it implies or try to construct some theory to explain them away is another issue.
I have spoken to a small dog called Noris who created everything, I just wrote it down. Noris also performed a miracle, I was blind and now I can see.. Thats my evidence that Noris exists...... What your not convinced ? Thats about all the evidence there is for the existence of 'God'.
There is no 'evidence' as such, and the belief of God's existance without evidence is the cornerstone, and definition, of faith. I don't believe in God myself, but i understand why people do, it's just not something that reaches me personally.
If theres no God, who then gives us the grace to live each day?
Didn't they find Moses' ark at least what they think to be it? And obviously you know that story in the bible im sure... well, if that's true, the why not other things in the bible? anyway, the whole point of it is to have faith... there's no way the world got this beautiful by accident. man couldn't do that- man makes it ugly, only God could make it beautiful
The singer India Arie has a beautiful song called God Is Real. I see evidence when I look at my beautiful baby boy, when I think about that car wreck I had and why didn't it roll off that cliffside, and when remember all the drugs I used to do and how did I never get shot or raped or simply overdose.
