anybody know when this was introduced, also what is the state of play if somebody has written off a car and is sentenced according to info by prosecution, then 3 yrs later the car is discovered as on the road and repaired. cheers!

what are you talking anbout,try and explain it properly,as for the car,any written off car can be put back on the road,providing it has been repaired and had a VOSA VIC test and passed.
