60 minute makeover

has anybody had it done or know of anybody who has and is it really as good as it seems and done in 60 minutes?

I haven't had it done nor do I know anybody who as, but as to it being done in 60 mins (1 hour) you have to think logical on how it's acheived. For example:

40 man power X 1 hours work = 40 hours of man power work.

So what your really seeing is 40 hours of work being done in 1 hour (hope this makes sense).
