I eat at least for apples a day because I like them so much is this bad 4 u? And also is an apple for breakfast ok to get ur metabolism going? or is this not enough?
Well, apples are a good food to eat - no additives, for a start, but they shouldn't be the only food you consume - you need a balance from all the food groups!
I used to eat up to sometimes 10 apples a day but have now cut down. They are my favourite food, but I developed a stomach ulcer and was told not to eat so many. The apples didn't cause the ulcer but they wouldn't have helped as they have lots of acid in them. Try and vary your fruit if you can and also I think you might need a bit more on a morning to get your metabolism going. I usually have a grapefruit and a banana.
