What is the offence (cost?, and points?) for not providing documents under a HORT1 within 7 days.

Get don their straight away, produce the documents and be full of apologies and you will probably hear no more about it!

Yes I agree make sure you have all of your relevant documents and you will find that you will be verbally advised, If all your docs are in order CPS wont run it for late production of documents unless it is accompanied by more substantive offences

Hope you got there on time and you apologied! Otherwise, it's a court date, something like a �200 fine and document offences on your police record.
