Either drag the music in, or in iTunes click file->add to library, and browse to find the songs where limewire put them. Then connect your iPod, and it should all be transferred.

You might not have noticed but when Limewire & I-Tunes are both open, a "My limewire tunes" folder opens in I-Tunes. Cant seem to drag tunes out of it into a playlist though!

Here is a guide about how to get video from limewire to iPod. I think music should be the same as video. You may refer the guide for some help
