Contractors have broken my boiler
I have recently had a lot of works carried out at my property, including the removal of a radiator in the kitchen, since the boiler was drained down for this, I have not had any hot water. A plumber has advised that the diverter valve in the boiler has broke.
The contractors are advising this is not their responsibility to repair as the works the have done would not of caused this part to stop working - where do I stand legally on this?
