I love my bread but am getting rather bored of the same old beans, scrambled egg, sardines., cheese... all the usual toast kinda toppings. Does anyone has any new tasty ideas i could try for a change? Thanks.x

Keep em coming! Remember there are 7 nights in a week for a different topping every night!x
For breakfast - while the toast is still warm so it gets a little melty - peanut butter.
For dinner when you have had salmon the night before: After dinner, crumble the salmon, add a little mayo, olive oil, chopped onion & dry Italian Seasoning. Leave in the fridge overnight. Great on toast or in a wrap or on a green salad the next day.

Ahhh thank you all so much. These are some great ideas. I have printed them all off to make sure i don't forget them! I am loving the salmon suggestion BBWCHATT. Can i just ask a quick question, how bad for me is peanut butter, always been a little afraid of eating as i was always told as a child its so bad for me, but i know i used to love it. Thanks.x
Pink - the only problem I know about with peanut butter is that it is a little fattening - but you only need a small amount to smear on your toast - just a tablespoon or two - unless you have a peanut allergy of course :) This is from wikipedia:

Health benefits
Peanut butter provides protection against cardiovascular disease due to high levels of monounsaturated fats and Resveratrol. An excellent source of protein, and vitamins B3 and E, peanuts also contain magnesium, folate, dietary fiber and arginine.
Peanuts also contain high levels of an antioxidant called p-coumaric acid.
The leftover salmon is one of my favorites - I always make extra so I can have it the next day:)
