Walking a duck

I once heard a law that it is illegal to walk a duck down a high street (in think is was swansea) at a certain time. Does any one know anything about this?

it might be some old bylaw. I think it's illegal to do a lot of bizarre things...eg if you have a pet pig, you can't legally take it for a walk, or at least, not without applying for a licence to move livestock. So, the duck thing may law be right enough. Not sure who would enforce these laws tho...can you pictuire the police stopping you for taking your pig for a walk. Too funny.........
