unfair suspension!

recently i aged 19, along with 2 other people were suspended from work, because we had bebo pages which mentioned the company name, we also had work quizzes which mentioned people's names, we got suspended for 2 weeks from work without pay pending further enquires. we never signed confidentiality forms with our contracts. what are our rights? is this allowedto happen? also do i have to give this work place any notice for leaving? ive been ther 2 half years. thanks

Call citizens advice, http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/, that is their website where you will be able to find phone numbers for your local offices, they will be able to help you with all your questions and also be able to advise on legal action etc. They also don't charge for their services so you have nothing to lose.
