Depends whether you mean a lesser spotted ghd or a greater warbling ghd.

If however you mean a GSD they have usually done most of their height growing by about 12 months and then carry on filling out and maturing until about 18 months - 2 years, depending on whether it is a male or female and from what lines, as some are late maturing.
