Is there anyway my girlfriend can get rid of the bad smell her vagina produces,as when im performing oral sex on her it is not pleasant at all?

Don't mean to sound harsh, but wash more throughly. Follow my method: Only go for her in the morning after she's had a shower.

It shouldn't smell bad, unless she has an infection of some kind and doesn't realise it? It may be worth her getting checked out. Other than that, suggest showering first- together if necessary!

I think your maybe losing your animal instincts, Maverick :) Seriously, though, I really think that we have become so accustomed to sanitised scents, the smell of soaps, perfumes etc that our deep primitive urges diminish. Every male and female produces natural sex scents. Some get embarrassed by it or think that it is abnormal and try to mask it with soap/perfume. I agree with Scarlett, that the scent shouldn't be bad unless it is an infection, or unless you are not used to the natural scent of woman. We all produce our own distinctive scents. If it is an infection, your girlfriend should have it checked out.

its also worth bearing in mind its much more hygenic if she shaves. & no more short n curlys in your teeth, sorry to sound graphic, but it works for us.

You should hope she's not thinking the same thing about you my dear... (if she is, start eating lots of bananas... maybe it would work for girls too!). Also I don't know if you have talked about it with her but please for gods sake be tactful. if you do as Fina says and just "Tell her to use wet wipe/baby wipes after using the toilet" i guarantee she won't be happy with you. I think most of us ladies are pretty well in tune with our bits 'down there' and are well aware if there's something amiss. You might find this is just her natural smell - especially if you've been going out a while and it has always been the same. I warn you - tread carefully with this.

If she puts soap inside her while cleaning It could couse it to smell really bad, then again she should go see a doctor as its obviously an infection

gardnerella < could be that. its an infection, treated with antibiotics. tell her to go get checked out, its not a std! It doesnt matter how much she "washes" it will still be ther.
