Phone harrassment

If you own phone that your x-girlfriend has. Is it considered harrassment when you are trying to get phone back? The phone is in my name, the bill comes to me as well as all account activity is controlled by me. No profanity exchanged, just answering her text messages.

tell the company the phone has been stolen. they will cancel it and send you a new phone. the phone will become uselss to her
