is equivalent to
42000m in 60 mins
divide by 60
=700m in 1 min = 700m in 60 secs
divide by 60
11.6666..... in 1 sec = 11.666,,,, m/s (or 35/3 m/s)

KE = 0.5 x m x v (squared)
m=mass (kg) v = speed (m/s)
so for your first example
KE = (0.5) * (1500 kg) * (29m/s)^2
KE = 630750 Joules
