why not try car boot sale or a garage sale

Ebay comes to mind, also Betteware, I know a couple of people who do well from that one, just a question of building up your clientele.

AVON! It's brilliant! make it a family occasion and get the kids involved with delivering the brochures with you and packing up the orders. Could be great fun and makes a fair bit of money when you get your regular customer base :D

speaking from personal experience...

steer clear of betterware unless you are willing to devote yourelf to it 24/7....cos that would be the only way to make a decent amout of money from it
