How to email link

I wish to email the following link to friends but it won't paste (I am on firefox) how can I send it?

Please not too technical as I'm not computer literate!

If you can't paste it, just type it in by hand!

The only reasons for pasting are:

It's less hassle
It's more accurate - lots of domains are hosted on Unix or Linux servers which are case-sensitive, so it's very easy to post an invalid link just by (e.g.) capitalising a letter that should be lower case, or vise versa.

but when I do that it still won't come up as a link - ie not blue or underlined.

You are probably creating a plain text message. Edit the message and from the menu choose Format/Rich Text (HTML).

To make this permanent for all new messages from the main menu choose Tools/Options. Go to the Send tab, and select HTML in the Mail Sending Format section

Have you viewed your message in the 'Send' box? That could make a difference. Once in the 'Send' box you can open it again for editing by clicking File > open.
