I think you've got a point...even if the DNA of the child matches one of the potential fathers, one or more of the others could contest the ruling with the line that "The child's interests are best served if I gain custody because of my stable home environment etc..."

its all so sad that poor bairn, they would,nt be bother with her if it wasent for all that money well i hope they dont get a penny, and they baby gets adopted by a family who will love her for what she is a tiny inoccent baby

Actually there is a chance that the child won't have any money as the old guy's estate has not yet been settled and any money that it does inherit could be swallowed up by a bunch of greedy lawyers! Bet they won't be queing up if there's a chance they have to pay for the child! I too hope she ends up with a loving family, however........

The man convicted of making terrorist threats against Anna Nicole Smith has sent TMZ's Managing Editor Harvey Levin a letter from prison, claiming he could be Dannielynn's dad.

Mark "Hollywood" Hatten claims he "willfully gave a sperm sample to then girlfriend Anna Nicole Smith, which she gave to a doctor for future use." He then writes, "I allege that I could be the father of Dannielynn by means of artificial insemanation (sic)."
