anyone else love it? If you say the words cords and tank tops ans slightly scruffy hair do you start rubbing your thighs? I personally love the geekz and if a boy talks about Star Trek first date and dances badly well hes in.

It's just something about someone that does it for me. There was a guy I used to work with and he was so quiet and wore glasses and wasn't your typical good looking guy but he looked so sweet and lovely I always had a softspot for him as did some of the other girls :)

One of my exes was a scruffy so and so, bit of a science geek and he's now a doctor of biology bless him, and we had an instant attraction. When he first met my parents I thought they'd think he was a right scruffy so and so but my mum loved him cos she said he's so genuine.

I had another ex come meet my parents for the first time in his army fatigues, gorgeous long hair down and two black eyes (got mugged coming back from a romantic weekend away). They loved him too :)

oh, and as for the Star Trek part of the conversation, I like Voyager, I even like "her" the bestest as Captain. Picard is brilliant but Janeway just grew on me,.

I'm a Voyager girl as well :) Keep meaning to buy the episodes where Seven of Nine comes away from the collective but never got round to it, must get on Ebay!

Much as I like Voyager and think Janeway is a better captain than the rest (in that she's the only Starfleet captain that can give me a Jean-Luc Picard-on), I have to say my fave is DS9. There's such a diverse crew and, unlike the others, the crew aren't all star fleet members, which for me gives it the edge over the others.
