got a letter today saying the CSA are taking money out of my bank account .Last year I went through 5 months of sheer hell with them taking money from me . It ended up with lawyer being called in to sort it all out and everything . After 5 months I recived a letter saying that they wouldnt take money from me anymore ..BECAUSE I HAVE SHARED CARE!!
So I called them just now ...and got some woman who said ..oh they have made a mistake ...mistake????
Misake and she then went on to say ..it wont be sorted out today ,, so that means they are still going to keep taking money from me until one of them can pul there finger out and do somthing.
Im so frigging mad ,,really ...last time they did this ...I never got any of the payments back either ..so I know its gona happen this time as well !!
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The CSA are a law unto themselves and as you and I know will take as much as they like if they have your details. We had over a grand taken out in one month due to CSA error (which they admitted) but as Mr P had arrears (who doesn't with the CSA???) they wouldn't pay it back..causing incredible financial hardship.

your all right I totally agree with everyone ..I pay 10 for both children per week,, My totally money a week is a lot less than 100 so its a total farce!!
I dont get child benift or any monies wutsoever for the kids ..my x gets all that .
He is horrified as well ,,that they could dtart all this again and has said hes going to call them when he gets bk from uni today.
I just came bk home from the store there and the CSA had left a message on my phone saying ..it is getting sorted out today ..YEAAA RIGHT .
So now I have to wait and see if next week they will pay me bk the money they have aready taken and are taking this week {suposed to be its to shoirt notice to stop them taking it !}} grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

The csa is the most ill-concieved, badly run, disgraceful organisation this country has ever seen.
I agree on only one concept of an organisation like this, and that is to make the absent (for better words) parent contribute to a childs' upkeep. This complete shambles has let everyone down, except the management, who are now enjoying BONUSES at the expense of the parents who receive little or nothing. It's all about getting the money back to the treasury, and I've said it before, and I'll say it again...the CSA has nothing to do with children at all.
