I know it looks sus, but this email informing me I'd won etc. has not asked me for any money - just turn up for the ceremony.

Have looked it up and there's a lot of stuff on it but again, they haven't asked for money.

Well, presumably you will have to pay for transport and accommodation - that's gonna cost you some!

This is a SCAM, delete the e-mail.

At some point you will be asked for money, for "admin" purposes or something like that.

Then you will be asked for your bank details so they can pay your money in (ha ha).

At the moment you are like a fish just about to bite the hook and be drawn in.

Swim away form the hook, DELETE THE E-MAIL.

You cannot win a lottery you have not entered.
The old saying still holds true; If it sounds too good to be true, it almost always is.
They hardly ever ask for money up front. Take note of the previous posts, once you are in Amsterdam they will ask for a 'nibble' (a small amount which will eventually be followed with bigger requests).

Save yourself a lot of heartache, and an empty wallet. Why would anyone want to give you a lottery winning or someones inheritance?
