How do I steam fish?
5 Answers
I have 2 Haddock fillets I want to steam, do I just pop them directly into my tiered steamer? Or do you wrap them or something first? I've never used the steamer for anything other than veg before. Same question goes for chicken??

I just had another idea - why can't you just put it in a heat resistant dish and set it inside the steamer? That would make it VERY easy to do AND clean up.
