Colour of Post Headings

Hi I find the pinky red used in AB a strain on my eyes after a time reading through the posts,could it be made either a heavier type or a diferent colour ie Blue is fine

I currently have sea blue for background and Ed's boxes as a calming mossy green colour, which is far easier on the ole peepers.
