Gather any evidence of " being pushed out" for want of a better description, have you any witnesses to anything verbal your employer has said to you indicating what you feel is happening ? Dont just leave though..something similar happened to me years ago and i eventually walked out but i had a good witness as to what had been said to me , i went to the citizens advice after walking out and they helped me with my case against the firm i worked for , it went to acas and i won the case! ( 1500) i got paid the compensation and i was asked by acas if i wanted my job back! i declined the job back, no chance... lol - hope youl be ok over all this stress youre being put under, dont take this crap is my advice! good luck

thanks, that is a good idea. i do want to keep this job untill the birth and have the chance to go back after my maternity leave...!
i wont let them walk all over me the least they can do is pay me maternity pay after all the cr*p i take from them,
As patricia said, get evidence that you have been forced to quit.
You should have had a risk assessment of your job when you told them you were pregnant to ensure that you are safe at work, they also have a responsibility to try and change your hours if youre on shifts or give you a seat if you stand a lot and give you rest breaks
Why are they trying to get rid of you? have you taken a lot of sick time off? in the last part of your pregnancy they can force you to start your maternity leave early.
Do not leave the position as you may jeopardise any claim to maternity leave.
Speak to acas, links on www.acas.co.uk
