i stepped on something

I stepped on something ! I don't see anything but there is a little knot and its real tender ! I put peroxide on it and got all the dirt out still don;t see anything ! What should i do ?

Go and see a Chiropodist/Podiatrist, not your GP...

I agree with joko.

I once stepped on an upturned earring and although a little painful, I could manage to walk and took some painkillers.

By the morning my whole leg had swollen up and I had to be wheelchaired into the hospital for a Tetanus jab and antibiotics :o(

If you need to see your GP, the Podiatrist will send you. First make sure there's nothing in your foot to be removed, which your GP won't be able to do.
