How do I restore an ISO file back to an executable Program. It was created with NTI CD & DVD Maker 7.

An ISO file is an image of the original. You need to burn it to disk with something like Nero. Choose file from image. Otherwise you could also use something like PowerISO to set a virtual drive using the image.
