I'm not sure about your national insurance number, but you can work legally at 15 for up to 8 hours on a Saturday and during school holidays for a maximum of 35 hours a week doing 'light work' (which includes shop work).
Employers who want to employ children or young people under school leaving age are required to get a permit from their local authority (i.e. the county council). The permit must be signed by both the employer and one of your parents. Hope this helps.
How long till you turn 16 hun? coz you will recieve your NI number a couple of months before your 16th
And you need to put your boss right - now! If you had a serious accident at work, your parents would need to be contacted as you're still classed as a minor. If the boss failed to do that, he could land himself in trouble.
