vectra locking problem ?

my central locking has stopped working completley,however after removing the key from the ignition the interior comes on and i cannot switch it off ,which is then draining my battery. ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS ??

Take the bulb out for starters...

Vectra interior light can be activated on some models by pulling out the headlight switch, maybe its been pulled by accident when turning on the headlights?
As for the blip turn the ignition on and press both buttons to try to recode it.
