nice clean teeth

Has anyone got a trick for cleaning stains at the back of the teeth without going to see an hygienist. I,ve tried over the counter polish without success. I have a dental appointment soon and feel embaressed.

Dont worry to much about the staining, I'm am sure the dentist would have seen worse cases before. After all thats's what you are paying them for.

Totally agree with Eastender. But buy yourself an electric toothbrush. Does the job for me!
