If styles of building are referred to as Tudor, Elizabethan, Victorian, Georgian, etc. what will today's houses be known as?

I don't think that the houses being built today will be around long enough for them to acquire a period or style designation. They are just not built to last are they?
I think another way of asking this question would be :
As the periods and buildings in history are usually named after the reigning Monarch, what will we be referred to when / if Charles becomes King ?

Seriously though, if the surname of the monarch is used, as in Henry Tudor, suppose it could be termed Windsorian?
