There is (I hope still) a Garfunkel's just across the station, though.
Had breakfast there with friends several times...
There are also a few greasy spoon caf�s, can't say anything about the quality of their food, though!

I know theres a good cafe opposite Marylebone station which is just 2 stops away on Bakerloo.
