can't sleep n am bored - never have this problem help

cant believe I'm still awake at this time - is there anybody else out there ? this is the middle of the night for me am always asleep by 11.30! must have been the lemsip max - magic powder I had just b4 I went to bed!!!

2 oz rum
1 tsp sugar
5 1/2 oz boiling water




Place a sugar cube or equivalent into an Irish coffee cup or mug. Fill 2/3 full with boiling water. Add rum and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon, dust with nutmeg, and serve.

naw - nothin think cos I've been sittin on my b*m all day watchin bad tv - my mind doesnt have anything in it ! got a bad cold n feelin sorry for maself - toddy yeuch !!! Whiskey isn't wasted by being made into a hot whiskey - far from it.
I'm irish and whiskey is like mothers milk to us!
For sure have a rum if that is what you prefer, but a hot whisky is the work of god!

Glenfiddich - one of Jim's many favourites! - in fact think anything that says whisky on the bottle is a favourite !

Well I'm the opposite.

Same cold, but I've woken too early and can't get back to sleep.

Not helped by a cat that treats my feet as a cross between a pillow and a teddy bear.
