my house belongs to a housing association,we have an alley leading to our back.This is closed off by a large gate.this for no reason fell onto my car,causing �600 of damage.The housing associations insurer says they are not to blame.is this true

well unless someone from the insurance company cane and pushed the gate onto your car then they are not to "blame" However they may be liable. I wonder what their response would have been if your child had been crushed under the gate?
