Sims 2 Love Pets

What is the point of this game? I have the biggest house ect.........? What am I trying to accomplish or is there a point?

there has never been a point to the sims... that I've known of... I had the very first game, then I recently bought the sims 2, and my sister had numerous expansion packs... but they're all pretty pointless, especially in the sims 2, I mean.. your sims die.. so where's the accomplishment in that??? it's usually just when you're getting into it too...

You either love the sims or not!! I am a sim lover... I have every sim game on almost all consoles!! (we all have different ones in the house).
In the simes 2 you can't do as much as you could in sims 1 cause it has less extention packs!!
But yeah.. i guess there is no point and thats the point.
I love to build the houses and the other day I was having a bad day so I killed all my sims in my town and I felt better!!! LOL...
Seasons is coming out too soon, another way to make me pay another �20 cause I am still addicted after playing for 5 years....
