seasonal adjustment disorder..
im not sure its a recognised illness, but i know for a fact im not so happy in the dark of winter.
i dont think its psychological or physical but there is something inside of me that NEEDS the long warm days of summer.
i love to see fresh green grass and trees with leaves on them.
fields full of yellow flowers, little bunnies and lambs in fields.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.you are not alone i feel the same living here unfortunately i don't have a passport or enough money to jet off to hotter sunnier climbs. it is i think recognised by some people in the medical world, if only they could prescribe sunshine on the nhs. one of my friends takes 3 weeks in the carribean every year to beat the drearyness of dull old blighty! oh hot sandy beaches and slight waves lapping against the shore and a nice long ice cold diet cherry coke with umbrella come to me!!!!! :-)
