The song originally comes from the American 1966 musical "The Apple Tree", Music: Jerry Bock, Lyrics: Sheldon Harnick, Book: Jerry Bock + Jerome Coopersmith + Sheldon Harnick.and is based around three short stories all centering upon the Eve and temptation theme.

The song Gorgeous is sung on the original cast recording by the wonderful voice of Barbara Harris, I don't know whether the ad agency rerecorded the song for the ad or used the original, but it sounds very like the original to me!
