How D'you Do?
I just saw an advert (can't remember what was being advertised), and it had a little snippet of a song that ends "How d'ya do, how d'ya do, how, d'ya do?"
It sounded like Doris Day, or someone of that era. I recognise it, and it's bugging me. Any ideas?
