Stay in bed

Before you go to bed drink a pint of water and take some artichoke and milk thistle tablets (help cleanse the liver).

If you waken during the night, drink lots more water!

The next morning, have a cup of tea with a spoonful of sugar and a packet of salty crisps - this usually has me back on track right away!

as chazza says drink lots of water before going to bed and my personal remedy, a bowl of wonton soup as soon as possible when i wake up.

I had a headache all day yesterday from 3 drinks Saturday night - very unfair I think.

I'm told milk thistle is good but have not tried it

ok thanks guys, i couldnt keep much down to tell you the truth, i managed to wake back up at 3pm (what a waste of a day) and my mum was nice enough to tell me that we had no bread in the house...nooo! aftyer i managed to trek down to the shops i bought a litre of fattyy coke and half a loaf of toast and butter with salk sprinkled on top - time to go to the gym now! thanks guys! xxx
