Yes I found it 2 years ago and the amout of knowledge I have found from it is unbelievable.certainly would not have understood otherwise.You will soon get to know the good and knowledgeable people on here pity there are still the idiots and time wasters but you get them every where you just learn to ignore them.

Hi gaynor363. I'm new to Ab too, but haven't been 'green' either. I love the 'atmosphere' on this site, and as you say, the fact that people like ourselves are trying to help out. It's surprising how much you can learn too.
