If it's the same offer as I've seen before, two immediate catches:

it's for one person - if you want a single room you will have to pay; if you want to travel with someone they will have to pay

you will have to pay for excursions at your destination which most operators will include

The holidays are also of fairly low quality

Just dont go there, as we have said before there is no such thing as a free lunch.
Nobody gives you a free holiday, ever unless you win a bona fide competition in a reputable newspaper or a magazine.
