menorca i,m going to menorca in 6 weeks i,m wondering what injections i need and how much spending money will i need for self catering for a family of 4 for 2 weeks .

You need no injections.For a family of 4, �150/�200 per day.Depends on what you plan on doing and eating.The food prices are roughly the same as UK but alcohol is cheaper and cigs.

I don't know about you, but I find archbishop's �150/�200 a day quite frightening. Perhaps he meant a week. Assuming the accommodation is already paid for, I would say the simplest thing would be to assume you'd need as much spending money as in the UK. In fact, you'll probably find it a little cheaper.

We went to Derbyshire last week self catering for three nights and got through �800+ spending money (yes - �800!!) How the hell me managed that I don't know!

i'm with archbishop on this one. Four mouths to feed for breakfast, lunch and evening meal as well as drinks/snacks, ice cream during the day and then drinks in the evening. That's a surefire way of spending �150-200!
