I suspect unless the pictures are very low resolution, you will be lucky to get any more than about 2 of them on a floppy disk. What more can I tell you?
You could use a program such as Microsoft Photo Editor to reduce the size of the pictures, its possible to reduce 1mb pics down to 50kb. The quality of the pictures would still remain fairly good. If your Microsoft Office doesn't come with Photo Editor, its easily availabe over kazaa. You could also try compresing the files using programs such as winzip or winrar.
I am not sure about Kazaa. Trouble is it comes with a program called Bulldog (maybe it's Bullguard) which is supposed to be some sort of firewall. This firewall will stuff your computer with atrocious amounts of spyware and adware. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to install Kazaa without the little *******.
Save the photos as .jpg (jay-pegs), which are highly compressed, before dragging them to a floppy disk. As the pictures are compressed already, further compression (ie zipping or raring them) will have little effect.
use a resizer porgrame
