I was drving out of preston this evening on the ringroad and after i went through a set of traffic lights i saw a tall thin but small camera, i looked up at it and it clicked, it didnt flash but something definately clicked in it. It was the set of traffic lights where stapels is i think, between there and wetherspoons. I know there is a speed camera just up the hill from there near the bus stop, but dont know if this was a speed camera, ive never seen it before, does anyone know what it was??? As im very concerned. Thanks

I didnt jump the light cuz it had only just changed to green, i was waiting for it to change. And i didnt hear it click sorry i saw something click inside it is what i meant, like something clicking down and back up again, like capturing a picture, if you see what i mean?? Do you think i will be ok or not?
Can`t see no reason why not Bek, like I said it might be a surveillance camera of some sort
Sometimes you can look into the lens and see moving reflections that make you think something is happening inside. Otherwise, if it was a surveillance camera, the operator could have been moving it or focussing it by remote control.
