how's about "where's the child" by Bam Bam? if it is, you can visit his website on myspace or try limewire or soulseek. dunno about the ringtone thing but it has a baby crying and a deep voice asking later in the song "where's the child...do you know?" it's a bit disturbing to be honest but the music is excellent if you like your acid house.
