Water bill cost

Hey i was just wondering what you all pay for your water bill? and how much it works out monthly as i am waiting to receive my first water bill and am wondering approx how much to expect it to be? cheers in advance

Depends on your house value and whether you have a water meter or not. We used to pay �550 for non-metered water but we now pay �250 for metered water - and we water the garden and haven't stopped daily showers etc etc !

Cheers guys, received my waterbill yesterday was �150 for 6 months so that works that one out works out not too bad!
Fiji - cant believe you save that much on meter i would be worried itd end up more!!!

we chose to go on a water meter about 3 years ago as the kids had left home.the first years bills were half we used to pay approx �11 a month then the last 2 years have gone up to �32.50.we have 2 water butts for the garden and try to save where we can.but you cant go back after 1 year so we are stuck with it.But my mum who lives on her own,she uses very little had her bills reduced from �25 to �14 for the last 3 years so it has worked out ok for her.we are with united utilities.
