lg chocolate mobile phone

i have been sent a video clip to my mobile (lg chocolate) but when i access it to view/play it,it wont let me play it.what do i have to do to play the clip/message.cheers

you may need to update/obtain the settings to recieve your clip from your operator like o2 or vodafone websites or you may be able to get them from the lg website. just follow the instructions on screen and they usually send you a couple of texts which you save to your phone and then hey presto you can see what you've been sent! well that's how it works for me any way ,either that or your phone is ******** !! you should have bought a nokia much more reliable and better quality phones :-)
