Many years ago I came across a crowd in a local store and found it was a prizegiving of a cheque for a substantial sum of money as the top prize in a similar Readers Digest draw.(The prize was presented by Arthur Askey, which will give some people an idea of how long ago it was - others will ask "Arthur who?) The main point of posting this is to say that the winner had returned the tickets in the NO envelope and had still won, so it's worth trying, accepting the fact that the odds are very much against actually winning. Unlike some, they don't pester you after you have entered.
